controlled better.

reflow soldering is the core of pasting technology, we choose computer intelligent control 10 temp. Area reflow soldering.

The temperature change curve is the same as idea. +/-1℃ control precision to make the welding point is perfect.
 

On-line test:

Even though the auto chip and reflow weld problem is very low, we still insist on use ICT equipment to test the couplings

totally. Just a few seconds test, some parameters will be tested changing. Finally test the panel, to meet the strict requirements.
