1) Hydraulic oil supplied to oil port A, as shown in the Fig 4.1, forces the rack moving towards right, with exhaust oil exiting from oil port B, the pinion meshed to the rack will rotate clockwise synchronously. The valve will be closed accordingly. Turning in or out the right travel stop, it can adjust the valve stroke in ± 5° to make sure the valve be closed completely. The lock nut should be loosed, before adjusting travel stop and should be fastened after adjustment.
2) Hydraulic oil supplied to oil port B, as shown in the Fig 4.2, forces the rack moving towards left, with exhaust oil exiting from oil port A, the pinion meshed to the rack will rotate counter-clockwise synchronously. The valve will be opened accordingly.
Turning in or out the left travel stop, it can adjust the valve stroke in ± 5° to make sure the valve be opened completely. The lock nut should be loosed, before adjusting travel stop and should be fastened after adjustment.
